Do NOT manually create or modify your team in GameChanger. Do not manually create a team, add players, or add coaching staff inside GameChanger. All of this is managed through SportsConnect and automatically synced to GameChanger. Making manual changes in GameChanger can cause sync conflicts.
Team Setup
Importing Your Team from SportsConnect
Once your roster is finalized in SportsConnect, you'll import it into GameChanger to create your team.

This import can only be done ONCE per season, per team. If roster changes are needed after the team has already been imported, you will need to submit a support ticket directly to GameChanger:

Important: Make sure the email address on your GameChanger account matches the email you used to register as a coach on westmarinlittleleague.com (your SportsConnect email). Mismatched emails will prevent a successful sync.

Scoring in GameChanger is mandatory for AA and above. GameChanger doesn't just display the score — it automatically tracks pitch counts, which is required for player safety and league compliance. Every game at the AA level and up must be scored in GameChanger.

Live Streaming
Live Video Streaming & Recording
GameChanger lets you livestream games directly from your phone — no extra equipment needed. Streaming is a great way to keep the whole WMLL community connected, especially for family members who can't make it to the field.
Why streaming matters:
- Family & friends can watch live — grandparents, siblings, and out-of-town family can follow every pitch in real time from anywhere
- Automatic batting highlights — GameChanger generates highlight clips synced to scoring events, so great at-bats are captured automatically
- Game recap — a full game recap is available after the final out, great for sharing with the team and families
- Team stats & player development — live scoring paired with streaming builds a full statistical record of every game, helping coaches track player progress over the season
- Game film — recorded games can be reviewed by coaches and players to work on mechanics and situational awareness
- Season memories — recordings give families a keepsake of their player's season they can revisit long after it's over
